Gluten Free Muffin Recipe

It’s Banana, Blueberry, Almond Muffins!

This super simple recipe is: Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, Egg Free, and Oil Free

Ingredients:

1) 1 tsp Baking Powder

2) 1 tsp Baking Soda

3) 1 tsp Sea Salt

4) 1 Cup Almond Flour

5) 2 Bananas

6) 1-2 TBL Strawberry Jam, Fig Jam, or 1 TBL of Honey

7) 1/2 Cup Blueberries (optional)

Directions:

1) Mix salt, baking soda, and baking powder, and almond flour in one bowl.

2) In another bowl, mash up bananas and blue berries

3) Add Wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir

4) Put mix into the muffin pan

5) Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes, cool, eat up!
