I’m always on the hunt for a delicious gluten free protein bar and you guys, so I was thrilled to interview Richard Hart of Nogii bars. Richard, and his company Shubox Inc. have teamed up with Elizabeth Hasselback to bring us these bars. And you guys, they taste GOOD. I could eat the chocolate peanut butter bars all day long.
Something to keep in mind. There are Nogii bars out there that claim on the package: this product is made in a facility with gluten. Richard let me know that these wrappers are from the beginning of production, but the bars are actually made in a gluten free facility and are certified gluten free. The new wrappers will come out soon and will be labeled accordingly.
You can find Nogii bars at Walgreens, Shoprite, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Smoothie King, many other health food stores, or you can heck out the store locator to find one in your area. There aren’t many yummy gluten free protein bars out there, so bravo to the Shubox Inc company and Elizabeth Hasselbeck, I’m a fan of the Nogii bar.
Anyone else tried these?!
